1. Booking & Payment
- Booking can be made through the WhatsApp or the provided e-Mail.
- To confirm the booking, participants must make a down payment (DP) of 50% of the total trip cost.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the departure date.
- The down payment (DP) is non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by the organizer.
2. Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the departure date will incur a 50% deduction of the total trip cost.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the departure date will incur a 100% deduction of the total trip cost.
- Participants who do not show up at the departure time are considered to have canceled unilaterally, and the payment will not be refunded.
3. Cancellation by Organizer
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel the trip for certain reasons such as bad weather or other emergencies for the safety of the participants.
- If the trip is canceled by the organizer, participants are entitled to a 100% refund or may choose to join the trip on the next available schedule.
- If the trip cannot depart due to operational issues beyond the participants control, such as vessel engine failure, permit/clearance issues with the harbor authority (KSOP), or other technical problems, the organizer will offer participants the option to: Reschedule to the next available departure or Receive a full refund if no suitable alternative can be arranged.
- The organizer will notify participants as soon as possible regarding any such situation.
4. Schedule Changes
- The organizer reserves the right to change the schedule or route if necessary, considering weather conditions or for the safety of the participants.
- Participants will be informed of any schedule changes as soon as possible.
5. Participants Responsibilities
- Participants must maintain cleanliness and preserve the environment during the trip.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
- The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to participants personal belongings.
6. Organizer Responsibilities
- The organizer is responsible for providing services as per the agreed package.
- The organizer will do its utmost to ensure the safety of participants during the trip.
7. Insurance
- The organizer does not provide travel insurance. Participants are advised to have personal travel insurance.
8. Health Condition
- Participants must ensure they are in good health before joining the trip.
- Participants with certain medical conditions must inform the organizer before the departure.
9. Force Majeure
- The organizer is not responsible for events beyond its control, such as natural disaster, bad weather, riots, or other situations classified as force majeure.
- In the event of force majeure, the organizer will strive to provide the best solution, but the payments made cannot be refunded.
10. Prohibitions
- It is prohibited to bring illegal drugs, sharp weapons, or any other illegal items during the trip.
- Participants who violate the rules will be subject to strict sanctions, including removal from the trip without any refund.
By joining the open trip Sailing Komodo 3D2N, participants are considered to have read, understood and agreed to all terms and conditions above.
