1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed after the required deposit or full payment has been received.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal information, contact details, and travel information during the booking process.

2. Payment

Payment terms may vary depending on the selected trip package.

A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided by Raja Bintang Liveaboard.

All bank transfer fees, payment gateway fees, or other transaction charges are the responsibility of the guest unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation by Guest

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through WhatsApp or email.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation date is to the departure date.

Deposits and payments may be non-refundable after a certain period before departure.

Any refund eligibility will follow the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation or Changes by Raja Bintang Liveaboard

Raja Bintang Liveaboard reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel a trip due to:

• Bad weather
• Unsafe sea conditions
• Government regulations
• Port authority instructions
• Mechanical or operational issues
• Natural disasters
• Other circumstances beyond our control

If a trip cannot operate as scheduled, we may offer an alternative date, alternative itinerary, or other reasonable solution depending on the situation.

5. Weather & Itinerary Changes

All itineraries are subject to weather, sea conditions, local regulations, and operational considerations.

The captain and crew have full authority to adjust the route, destination, activity, or schedule when necessary for the safety and comfort of guests.

No compensation will be provided for itinerary changes caused by weather, sea conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the selected activities.

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain, crew, local guide, or tour leader.

Raja Bintang Liveaboard reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest whose behavior may endanger themselves, other guests, the crew, or the vessel.

7. Travel Insurance

Guests are strongly recommended to have valid travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation
• Medical expenses
• Emergency evacuation
• Personal accident
• Lost or damaged belongings

Raja Bintang Liveaboard is not responsible for costs that would normally be covered by travel insurance.

8. National Park Fees

Entrance fees, ranger fees, conservation fees, government fees, and other Komodo National Park charges are not included unless clearly stated in the selected package.

These fees may change according to government regulations.

9. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during the trip.

Raja Bintang Liveaboard is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced items.

10. Health & Medical Conditions

Guests must inform us before departure of any medical condition, allergy, disability, pregnancy, or special requirement that may affect participation in the trip.

Guests who require medication must bring an adequate supply for the duration of the trip.

11. Children

Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.

Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of children during the trip.

12. Alcohol & Illegal Substances

Guests must consume alcohol responsibly.

Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden on board.

Raja Bintang Liveaboard reserves the right to terminate the trip participation of any guest who violates this rule.

13. Damage to Property

Guests may be charged for damage caused intentionally or through negligence to the vessel, equipment, facilities, or other property belonging to Raja Bintang Liveaboard.

14. Photography & Documentation

Photos and videos may be taken during the trip for documentation and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please inform our team before departure.

15. Force Majeure

Raja Bintang Liveaboard will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Extreme weather
• Government restrictions
• Port closures
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Political disturbances
• Transportation disruptions
• Other force majeure events

16. Liability

Participation in sailing, snorkeling, trekking, swimming, and other outdoor activities involves inherent risks.

By joining the trip, guests acknowledge and accept these risks.

Raja Bintang Liveaboard will take reasonable measures to ensure guest safety but cannot be held responsible for incidents caused by personal negligence, failure to follow instructions, natural conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
